PAYMENTS: Payment is expected at the time you place an order. I accepted payments via PayPal and Money Order only. Please note, you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay. You can use a credit or debit card, e-Check, etc. By using these forms of payment it's only processed through PayPal.

SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped USPS 1st Class within 10-14 calendar days of the date the order was placed and/or payment received. I complete each order in the order it was received. I will contact you via email to advise you when your order has been shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: I DO NOT offer a cash refund, however I guarantee the quality of all my hand-crocheted items. If the quality of an item is in question, please contact me ASAP via email: jenelstgermain@aol.com

SIZE FIT GUARANTEE: When you purchase one of my handmade items and find, once you receive it, that you ordered the wrong size...return it and I will send you the correct size for FREE.

SIZE FIT GUARANTEE RULES: Item must be sent back within 7 days of purchase. Buyer will pay for shipping item back. This SIZE FIT GUARANTEE only applies one time on any one hat purchased.
